Ensure the bath, shower and toilets are cleaned thoroughly and free of limescale.
If there are glass doors to the shower unit please clean using a limescale remover – doing this on a regular basis makes this an easier job
General
Vacuum Cleaners vacuum cleaner bags should be replaced and filters cleaned. Light Bulbs all light bulbs should be replaced where necessary.
Smoke Alarms all smoke alarm batteries should be replaced where necessary. All rubbish must be removed from the property and placed in the dustbins provided
for collection. If there is too much rubbish for the bins, please place in black bin bags and tie securely, or alternatively take to Community Recycling Centre.
Please do not put any rubbish other than garden rubbish in the green bins, as you will get fined by the Council.
All personal belongings must be removed from the property and from the vicinity of the property. All keys must be returned to either the Letting Agent or the Landlord
whoever is doing the moving out inventory. All items on the Inventory must be accounted for and furniture reinstated to its original position.
A copy of the Inventory is provided in the Tenants folder, if this is missing please request a new one from the Landlords prior to departure.

You may think this is excessive but was all undertaken to ensure you home was clean at the beginning of your tenancy. We are trying to provide every tenant with a clean comfortable home, you have benefited, please ensure that the next tenant does?
We do not charge for normal wear and tear.
